Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Signature required delivery
All orders from our customers will be dispatched using the "Signature Required" shipping method. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement for your delivery, kindly specify in the instruction notes during the checkout process. Please be aware that for any ATL (Authority to Leave) requests, we cannot assume liability for any potential loss or misplacement of the parcel.

Shipping Fee
The shipping fee is calculated upon checkout.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders exceeding NZD120, applicable to non-rural addresses only. Free shipping does not extend to oversized items and furniture collections. For reference, an oversized item is defined as any item larger than an A3 (60x415mm) size courier bag, and will incur a shipping fee, even if the order total exceeds NZD120.

Turnaround
Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order and 2-3 working days to dispatch your order. All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
